自動接地探索・姿勢最適化
サポート材が少なく、意匠面が荒れにくい姿勢を自動で探します。
基準方向を指定すれば、その周辺だけを探索して時間を短縮できます。
反り・割れの予防（エディタ）
モデルに制御された切れ目を格子状に入れ、造形時の残留応力を逃がします。
エンジニアリングプラスチックなど収縮の大きな材料や、

QholiaSTLSuite — Windows Software for 3D Printing
The quality of a 3D print is largely decided before printing begins.
Repair, build-orientation optimisation, warp prevention and plate layout —
all in a single application.
Windows software for preparing STL files for 3D printing. The paid editions
automatically search for the best build orientation, finding poses that need
less support material. The Premium edition adds the Editor for modifying models
to reduce warping and cracking. This purchase is a downloadable software licence;
no printer, manufactured part or physical media is included.
Developed and published by Q-ho Metal Works Co., Ltd., the Japanese manufacturer
of the Qholia 3D printer.
What the paid editions do
Automatic orientation search
Finds a build orientation that minimises support material and keeps visible
surfaces clean. Specify a reference direction to search only nearby and
shorten computation time.
Warp and crack prevention (Editor)
Adds a controlled lattice of narrow slits to the model so that residual stress
can escape during printing. Effective for high-shrinkage materials such as
engineering plastics, and for large, thick-walled parts.
Repair, split and auto-arrange
Repairs holes, inverted faces and duplicate geometry; splits a model into its
separate parts; and arranges (nests) models automatically on the build plate.

- A free edition is available to owners of a Qholia 3D printer. It includes
repair, manual build-orientation control and plate layout. - What exactly is the Editor?
- It cuts a lattice of narrow slits into the model, with adjustable slit width,
spacing and tilt angle. Residual stress generated during printing escapes
through these slits, which suppresses warping and cracking. It is most useful
with high-shrinkage materials such as engineering plastics, and with
large, thick-walled models. - Do the listed prices include tax?
- No. All prices are exclusive of tax. Sales tax or VAT for your country
is added at checkout and the final amount is shown before you pay. - Can one licence be used on several computers?
- No — one serial covers one computer. Please purchase one licence per
machine. - Who develops this software?
- Q-ho Metal Works Co., Ltd. develops it in-house. We manufacture the Qholia
3D printer, and this software grew out of that work. We own all rights to it.
Blender, which the repair feature calls, is separate third-party software
distributed under the GNU GPL; it is not bundled with our product and users
