本規約は、株式会社久宝金属製作所（以下「当社」）が提供するソフトウェア製品「QholiaSTLSuite」およびその販売に関する条件を定めるものです。ソフトウェアそのものの使用条件については、製品に同梱の使用許諾契約書（EULA）が優先して適用されます。

第1条（適用）

本規約は、当社ウェブサイトを通じた QholiaSTLSuite の購入およびご利用の一切に適用されます。お客様は、購入手続きを行うことにより本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第2条（販売者および決済）

本製品の決済は Paddle.com Market Ltd（以下「Paddle」）が代行します。Paddle は Merchant of Record（記録上の販売者）として、決済処理、請求書の発行、各国の消費税・付加価値税（VAT/GST）の徴収および納付を行います。

第3条（商品および価格）

• 本製品はダウンロード提供のソフトウェアです。物理的な媒体の発送は行いません。
• 表示価格はすべて米ドル建て・税別です。お住まいの国の消費税・付加価値税は購入手続き画面で加算されます。
• 為替レートの変動により、お客様の通貨での実際のお支払い額は変動する場合があります。

第4条（ライセンスの提供）

• ご購入後、ご登録のメールアドレス宛にライセンスシリアルとダウンロードリンクをお送りします。
• お送りするまでの目安は1〜2営業日です。
• 1ライセンスにつき1台のコンピューターでご利用いただけます。
• シリアルは初回入力したコンピューターに紐づきます。買い替え等による移行をご希望の場合は customer@q-ho.com までご連絡ください。
• シリアルの第三者への開示・共有・転売を禁じます。

第5条（動作環境）

• Windows 10 / 11（64bit）
• 修復（Fix）機能のご利用には、別途 Blender 4.x のインストールが必要です（無償・同梱していません）。
• お客様の環境で動作しない場合に備え、ご購入前に無償版での動作確認をおすすめします。

第6条（サポート）

プレミアム版には、ご購入日から1年間の造形アドバイスサポートが含まれます。

製品版（$99）には個別のアドバイスサポートは含まれませんが、不具合や動作に関するお問い合わせにはメールで対応いたします。

第7条（禁止事項）

• 本ソフトウェアの複製物の再配布（無償版の未改変な全体配布を除く）
• リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル（法令により許容される範囲を除く）
• シリアルキーの開示・共有・再配布・販売
• 著作権表示その他の権利表示の削除・改変

第8条（免責）

本ソフトウェアは現状有姿で提供されます。当社は、本ソフトウェアが出力する造形姿勢・サポート・修復結果等の適否について保証を行いません。造形の可否および結果はお客様の責任においてご確認ください。当社の責任が認められる場合でも、その総額はお客様が当該ライセンスについて実際にお支払いいただいた金額を上限とします。

第9条（規約の変更）

当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

第10条（準拠法および裁判管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関する紛争については、大阪地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Sale (English)

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase and use of QholiaSTLSuite, a software product provided by Q-ho Metal Works Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “the Company”). Use of the software itself is governed primarily by the End User License Agreement (EULA) supplied with the product.

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms apply to all purchases and use of QholiaSTLSuite made through the Company’s website. By completing a purchase, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Seller and payment processing)

Payments for this product are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”). Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and is responsible for processing payments, issuing invoices, and collecting and remitting sales tax and value-added tax (VAT/GST) in each country.

Article 3 (Product and pricing)

• This product is downloadable software. No physical media is shipped.
• All prices are shown in US dollars, excluding tax. Sales tax or value-added tax for your country is added at checkout.
• Because of exchange rate movements, the actual amount charged in your own currency may vary.

Article 4 (Licence delivery)

• After purchase, we send a licence serial and a download link to the email address you registered at checkout.
• Delivery normally takes place within 1–2 business days.
• One licence may be used on one computer.
• A serial is bound to the computer on which it is first entered. If you need to transfer it to a replacement machine, please contact customer@q-ho.com.
• Disclosing, sharing or reselling a serial to a third party is prohibited.

Article 5 (System requirements)

• Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit)
• The Fix (repair) function requires a separate installation of Blender 4.x (free of charge, not bundled).
• We recommend confirming operation with the free edition before purchase, so that you can verify compatibility with your environment.

Article 6 (Support)

The Premium edition includes one year of printing-advice support from the date of purchase.

The Professional edition ($99) does not include individual advice support, but we do respond by email to enquiries about defects and operation.

Article 7 (Prohibited acts)

• Redistributing copies of the software (other than unmodified distribution of the free edition in its entirety)
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the software (except to the extent permitted by law)
• Disclosing, sharing, redistributing or selling licence serials
• Removing or altering copyright notices or other proprietary notices

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The software is provided as is. The Company makes no warranty as to the suitability of the build orientations, supports or repair results that the software produces. Whether a model can be printed, and the quality of the result, must be verified by the customer at the customer’s own responsibility. Even where the Company is found liable, its total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the licence in question.

Article 9 (Changes to these Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms as necessary. Amended Terms take effect when published on this page.

Article 10 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Osaka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute arising in connection with these Terms.
